4. Collaboration and Communication Clients must:

Complete required grant documentation
Review final applications before submission
Ensure compliance with NDIS Commission requirements

5. Use of Logo.
Clients permit NDIS Grant Writers to use their organization’s logo for marketing purposes, showing successful grant collaborations. Permission can be withdrawn with written notice.

6. No Guarantee of Funding.
While we strive to develop competitive applications, we cannot guarantee success. Final funding decisions rest with the NDIS Commission selection panels.

7. Intellectual Property.
All application materials belong to the client. NDIS Grant Writers may use de-identified content for educational purposes.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, adhering to NDIS privacy requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

NDIS Grant Writers is not liable for unsuccessful applications or consequential impacts.

10. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Changes take effect upon posting to the Website.
